Q. I purchased a Starter Demo Reel Review. What happens next?

A. The Calltime Review Team will reach out to you to get a link to your current demo reel and resume as well as collect some additional information about your performance specialty if needed.

We will review your current performance demo reel (2 minutes maximum). If your reel is longer than 2 minutes, we will review the first 2 minutes of the video submitted. Please note that we expect that you have already created a video of your best material compressed within this 2-minute time limitation.

Our reviewers will review your demo reel and provide suggestions for areas of improvement related to the video itself (video and audio quality) as well as the content analysis of the performance on the video itself.

The Calltime Review Team will provide a written review of our improvement suggestions as our deliverable for this service.

Q. Who actually looks at my demo reel?

A. Depending on the review tier chosen, the Calltime Review Team may consist of:

Q. What are the Calltime Excel Review Team members’ qualifications?

A. Members of the Calltime Excel Review Team are established, successful, active members in the entertainment production industry. Some of our producer reviewers have produced thousands of live productions around the world, hiring thousands of performers for both short term and long term contracts.

You may have performed in some of their shows already or have even auditioned for them in the past!

Q. Can I speak to someone on the telephone about my review?

A. Calltime Excel and Calltime.com do not offer telephone support. This was a deliberate choice, due to the nature of the entertainment industry, the quantity of performers seeking performance jobs and to protect the privacy of our reviewers.

Q. How long does it take to get my review completed?

A. Again, depending on the level of review tier chosen as well as our current backlog, the review process can take as little as 5 days or as long as 6 weeks.

Q. I don’t like my review. Can I get a refund?

A. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the review process, we are unable to offer refunds. Please review our terms of service for further details.
